FMG Repair Services has appointed Paul Wrigglesworth as Managing Director. Paul has served as Operations Director with the business since 2022.
Boasting an impressive 37 years of experience in the bodyshop industry, successfully leading teams in some of the UK’s largest accident repair groups, the appointment is effective immediately.
Since joining the FMG Repair Services business, Paul has played a vital role in driving performance optimisation through technological innovation and best practice processes across the repair group. He’s also been pivotal in the attraction and retention of fresh talent into the industry, positioning FMGRS as an employer of choice through supporting and partnering on a broad range of automotive initiatives.

Paul succeeds Claire Owens, who recently announced she’d be stepping down from the role to explore new opportunities beyond the Group. The announcement signals continuity for the business.
